Who created it and every exact measurement. He’s nearly deaf in one ear and I’ve shared a well with him for years. He’s never ignoring you, you just have to catch the ear. It sounds crazy to be a deaf bartender but he turned all of that around with knowledge, discipline and a love for his craft. Pick any bottle on the shelf and he will dissect it and spill knowledge.
